New Entrant distance learning packs available for £150+Vat, (plus the 2-Day course - total cost £450+Vat for New Entrants) 

1-Day Inventory Clerk Refresher Courses (for existing Inventory Clerks only) Covering the TDS Adudication issues, Landlord and Tenant responsibilities, Health & Safety reporting, Professional Practice, QA and Better Inventory Reporting (includes Fair Wear and Tear reporting). The course also gives an insight into the requirements of leading UK Letting Agents, and the course complies with the Licensed Inventory Scheme - available on application only at £195+Vat.
