Our 1-Day Experienced Candidate Inventory Provider Course (for DEAs and Agents) costs only £195+Vat. 

New Entrant distance learning packs available for £150+Vat, (plus the 1-Day Course - total cost £345+Vat for New Entrants) 

1-Day Inventory Clerk Courses (for experienced candidates, DEAs and those with property business experience, lettings or estate agency background - Covers the legal background and TDS issues, Landlord and Tenant responsibilities, Health & Safety reporting, Professional Practice, Inventory Report writing systems and software, the Check-in process and Check-out Reports, how to report defects (includes Fair Wear and Tear decisions). Demonstrations of the PDA software from eTech Ltd (Smart-Inventory) and compared to traditional dictated inventory writing systems. The course also gives an insight into the requirements of leading UK Letting Agents, and complies with the entry requirements for the Licensed Inventory Scheme - £195+Vat and provides 5 hours CPD for DEAs.
