SAVA NHER DEA Accreditation Scheme have now recognised the growing trend of DEAs taking Inventory training and providing residential letting agents and landlords with Inventory and check-out reports, by including inventory insurance as part of their per-click professional indemnity and public liability insurance provided to their DEAs as each EPC is lodged by one of their accredited DEAs.
