Our reports can be provided in bespoke formats with our Clients' own logos and contain numerous colour photographs, and  clear, detailed text descriptions of the property, its' fixtures, fittings and contents.

Our Inventory Clerk Training programe and the Licensed Inventory Scheme (LIS) were created to deliver higher standards in Inventory reporting to meet the needs of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and the Government’s moves towards further Regulation of the private rented sector.
